Replacement & Re-shipment Policy:

At Green Glory, we strive to ensure that your experience with us is seamless. If you encounter any issues with your order, our Replacement & Re-shipment Policy offers you peace of mind.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Timeframe: Replacement claims must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Products: If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team with clear images for a prompt resolution.

Specific Guidelines:

  • Plants: Replacements are available for plants that arrive with uprooted roots, broken stems, or leaves that are completely dried. Please note that replacements are offered only if the plant cannot be revived.
  • Planters/Pots: If your planter or pot has visible cracks upon delivery, you are eligible for a replacement.
  • Missing or Undelivered Parts: In cases where parts of your order are missing or undelivered, you may be eligible for reshipment.

Important Notes:

  • Replacement plants will be provided in temporary pots.
  • For any missing items, please retain the original box and attached shipping label for verification purposes.
